Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before paying. This policy is short, concrete, and
applied without question for the cases listed below.
7-day money-back
On your first $99 annual payment: full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.
Email billing@quietlands.io from your
account email with the word "refund" — we process within 3 business days.
Cancellation
- Disable auto-renew at any time from your account.
- Within 7 days of payment: cancellation triggers an automatic full refund.
- After 7 days: the current annual term is non-refundable but cancellation prevents the next renewal.
Exceptional circumstances
Outside the 7-day window we may issue refunds for:
- Service downtime: if the platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your term, we extend access by one month free.
- Misrepresentation: if a feature you specifically purchased was removed without 30 days notice, we refund the unused portion.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors: always refunded immediately on report.
What is NOT refundable
- The annual term beyond the 7-day window (excluding the exceptional circumstances above).
- Charges arising from your own account misconfiguration.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@quietlands.io from your account email.
- Include the invoice number (or just say "most recent").
- One sentence about why is appreciated but not required for the 7-day window.
We acknowledge within 1 business day and process within 3. Refunds appear on your
card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the overwhelming
majority of refund requests within 3 days, faster than your bank's chargeback
process. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account
suspension to prevent abuse.
